IMPORTANT: We accept credit, debit, certified bank check, and EXACT CHANGE cash. All orders will have 6% local sales tax applied, unless proof of valid tax exemption is provided. Payments made by credit card will be subject to a 3.1% fee.
Bidding Ends: 01/15/2025, beginning at 7:00 p.m., with staggered and extended ending.
Previews: Previews will be by appointment ONLY on the last day of the auction. Please email us at least 24 hours in advance.
HOW TO GET YOUR ITEMS
Pick it up: Schedule an appointment during one of our pickup windows. We will send out instructions in your winning bidder email after the auction closes.
Ship it: See below for basic shipping information. Detailed instructions will be provided in the event of a shipping request.
Winning Bids Pickups: All pickups are by appointment only, first to schedule receiving priority in choice. Instructions will be sent in your winning bids invoice email to make an appointment, as well as information on item forfeiture and rescheduling fees.
Pickup windows typically will be immediately following auction close on Fridays 10AM-3PM and Mondays 10AM-4PM.

Please be sure to bring enough hands, moving equipment (i.e. hand trucks, straps, tape, bubble wrap, boxes) to remove your items in a timely manner. Small items will be ready for retrieval in the lobby, and there is space winners can use to package their items for safe travel with their own packaging materials. Warehouse employees will bring small items to the front for you, but we are unable to move furniture on your behalf.
Please note that payment must be rendered in the front lobby before retrieval of large items; free street parking is available. Once payment is complete, we will direct winners with large items to drive to the back of our building to load their items from our covered ground-level loading dock.
Shipping: We offer in-house shipping for any items marked accordingly; please review any items you bid on that may not allow shipping. Shipping requests must be made via email before end of day Monday after auction close. While we may be able to provide an estimate for shipping charges, we will package and calculate an exact amount which must be paid before shipped. There will be a flat $5 fee for packaging/handling for each invoice needing shipment. Shipping must be specifically requested; we assume all retrievals will be in-person pickups unless shipping is requested.
